WestCreek Extracts

WestCreek Extracts is the latest addition to WestCreek Farm, a 74 acre farm in the Alhambra Valley, which is located in an unique rural landscape surrounded by East Bay suburbs. The mild climate and a lush variety of native plants makes it an ideal location to raise animals in a natural, free range environment and grow organic produce.

We believe the more organic and non-GMO ingredients we include in our diet, the healthier we will be. We are excited to add natural and organic extracts to our collection

We currently offer natural vanilla made with bourbon and organic Madagascar vanilla beans. Vanilla made with bourbon will be slightly sweet and smoky. American bourbon whisky brings out the sweetness of vanilla without overpowering it and bourbon’s flavor is closest to vanilla because it picks up some of the oak barrel flavors during aging.

Look for our organic vodka and organic bourbon vanillas as well as our organic peppermint, organic spearmint, and organic almond extracts in 2025.
